The Global Communication Officer is responsible for developing and sharing communication initiatives that enhance internal communication in the organization globally. This role plays an important role in fostering a cohesive and informed corporate culture, so that employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization's goals. The Global Communication Officer will be working with the EVP ? HR to execute communication plans, to reach diverse audiences across different regions.Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the organization's values.Collaborate with the HR leadership to identify the key messages and communication priorities.Generate engaging and informative content for internal newsletters, intranet, emails, videos, and other internal platforms, ensuring the content is tailored to diverse audiences.Administer and manage internal communication channels, making sure the consistency and effectiveness is followed.Responsibility will include the plan and organize quarterly and yearly townhall meetings.Work alongside the sales and marketing leadership to align and facilitate the branding needs for organizational initiatives.New initiatives to boost employee engagement, morale, and a sense of community which are aligned with pillars of the organization goals.Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination during emergencies or challenging situations.Updated with the latest communication trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the organization.Responsible overseeing the brand presence in social media platforms.Analyze data and metrics to assess the impact of communication initiatives What Do We Expect From You:Bachelor?s degree in communications or equivalent in Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Worked as an Internal communication in previous/present role, preferably in a global context.Should have experience working with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram etc.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English & Dutch.Should have strong project management and organizational skills.Experience working in collaboration, able to build relationships across different levels of the organization.Well- aware of the latest communication tools and technologies.Appreciative of cultural sensitivities and the ability to tailor communication for diverse audiences.Dealing with highly confidential information, expected a high level of integrity.Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. International Tax Specialist

Are you ready to grow with us?Together with the Global Tax Manager you are responsible for the further development of the global and European tax activities of the ambitious growth strategy for Inalfa Roof Systems. You will assist in defining and executing the tax strategy globally to meet with corporate strategic plans. You will be a true sparring partner for the business, providing insights and analysis for tax related risks and opportunities. In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Director Tax based in the US office and supporting the Global Treasury team and the Finance team.As an International Tax Specialist your main tasks and responsibilities are:Provide the international entities of Inalfa Roof Systems with tax advice (e.g. corporate income tax, transfer pricing and Value Added Tax);Follow tax changes and developments and inform/advice the company;Analyze potential tax issues and come with proper tax solutions;Assist in the tax compliance process, review the corporate income tax returns (outsourced to tax advisors);Assist in the European VAT compliance process;Ensure timely submission of compliance obligations in Europe;Timely incorporate business & tax changes into the tax obligations;Assist the Global Tax Manager with the global and regional tax planning initiatives;Proactive engagement in tax audits and communications with the tax advisors and tax authorities. What do we expect from you?You have a relevant Master Degree for instance in Dutch tax law or tax economics or International tax;2-7 years of relevant work experience in (international) corporate tax. Preferably gained as a tax advisor at a larger tax consultancy firm (Big 4 firm or the tier below) or multinational corporation;Thorough knowledge of international corporate taxation;(Good) understanding of TP and/or VAT is a plus;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset. Manager of Electro Engineering of the ECU core The Electronic Control Unit (ECU) core consists of control hardware and software for Inalfa?s new generation of sunroofs. The ECU team has members in Venray, Netherlands and Bangalore, India. The Manager manages a group of Senior / Team Lead engineers, responsible for ECU developments as well new pre-developments.
