As a Non Product Related Commodity Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing Maintenance-Repair-Operation (MRO) supplies. With your administrative, organizing and controlling way of working, you will further professionalize the NPR Purchasing department. This position will also offer you the opportunity to develop yourself and realize the career growth you want to achieve. You will work for the Global Purchase Department inside the Inalfa Group based in Venray, the Netherlands (HQ). You will report directly to the Supervisor MRO & CAPEX. In Venray, more than 750 specialists work together on the development and assembly of roof systems for (mainly) European OEM customers.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Lead supplier sourcing, selection and contracting for running and new project for MRO;
  • Active participation in development and execution of global MRO strategy;
  • Independently manage a considerable amount of suppliers;
  • Initiate and actively support cost reductions initiatives.
  • Increase stakeholder management within Inalfa, like understanding business needs and support in solving issues and development;
  • Understand how to fill relevant information in to the system or template;
  • Review invoicing, investigate and find resolutions;
  • Prepare and issue RFQ, purchase orders, and change notices;
  • Understand how to develop and maintain sourcing master data;
  • Release orders for MRO purchasing; monitor on time delivery and quality status;

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a relevant degree on a BsC level;
  • You are a professional with several years of experience in an international procurement environment; experience in the automotive industry is a pre;
  • You are a networker who is able to build solid working relations;
  • You are able to plan and prioritize operational work vs. supplier management activities;
  • You bring good problem solving skills with a pragmatic and proactive approach;
  • Knowledge of contractual language and contracts structure;
  • It is important to have good communication skills in English and Dutch.
