You will help transform Inalfa HR globally by optimizing the usage of Workday as our main HR system and be part of the global HRIT team. As a Senior Workday Specialist, you will improve our existing integration landscape by solving existing issues and advise the organization on possible additional interfaces. To ensure that all integration solutions are fit for purpose, you are able to gather requirements from both internal stakeholders as well as third party vendors including for example, payroll providers.
The ideal candidate is an experienced IT HRM specialist with in-depth development knowledge of Workday Integrations (Core Connectors, Web Services and Workday Studio). Besides integrations, you are able to provide hands on support in areas like Security, Report Writing, Calculated Fields and EIBs. In this role you will report directly to the Senior HRIS Manager in Venray (Global HQ).

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Drive the technical integration landscape and data modeling in Workday to ensure that Workday becomes the leading system for HR related data.
  • Act as a technical expert in integration development including requirements gathering, design, documentation, development, testing and deployment.
  • Manage end-2-end integration testing and follow up on possible issues as a result of Workday updates / release changes.
  • Provide hands-on functional design and configuration (design, build, configure and test the Workday solution).
  • Provide expertise on creating reports and configuring dashboards based on business needs.
  • Manage security changes and data uploads (EIB).
  • Monitor scheduled events.
  • Recommend on best practices and technical solutions based on the latest technologies.

What do we expect from you?

  • Bachelor or Master Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an international organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM integrations (either implementation or support).
  • Good understanding of Workday data and structure (including business processes, calculated fields, EIBs, security and reporting).
  • Solid experience with Workday Core Connectors, Web Services, EIBs and Workday Studio.
  • Experience with bi-directional integrations concerning Identity and Access Management systems is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM Systems and working experience with Workday.
  • Good analytical and organizational skills able to execute processes independently.
  • Collaborative work style and ability share knowledge with other team members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are a plus.
