Lead Engineer

Are you ready to grow with us?Lead EngineerAs a Lead Engineer you will be active with roof system development, design, and qualification for future car models of OEM clients. In this role you will play an important role in the development of roof systems within the boundaries as set by customers. The main drivers are budget and time together with manufacturability. You will be technically responsible for projects, and you will work within the R&D team of Inalfa based in Venray, and report directly to the Manager Project Engineering. In Venray (Global HQ) more than 700 specialists work together on the development and assembly of roof systems for (mainly) European OEM customers.What are your responsibilities?Design and develop construction ideas, setup studies and sketches for new roof systems.Set up designs in CAD (CATIA V5, Siemens NX).Determine size and measures and make decisions on materials and manufacturability.Specify the engineering activities to be able to build prototypes for roofs and their components based on initial design concepts.Make recommendations based on reviewing the robust design engineering tools to determine risks.Ensure all technically responsible deliverables are met in compliance with customer and internal company product & project gateways.Coordinate engineering activities between internal customers and suppliers.Manage quality and accessibility of technical project related product documentation.Document technical issues as part of the Lessons Learned process.Evaluate and analyze component and roof system quality information.Make recommendations based on reviewing the robust design engineering tools to determine risks.What do we expect from you?You have a (technical) degree.Experienced Engineer with (international) experience in the Automotive (OEM / First Tier Supplier) or relevant industries.Knowledge of Automotive Industries’ ways of working, e.g., benchmarking, DFMEA, DFA, GD&T, ISO TS, Catia V5.As a professional you have a service/customer-oriented approach with good analytical and organizational skills.In your work you focus on results, and you can manage your planning and set priorities.Committed to maintaining high standards and quality. Are you ready to grow with us?Project Engineer – Mechanism Core Team What are your main tasks and responsibilities as a Project Engineer? As a Project Engineer you are responsible for developing components, sub-assemblies and top-level roof systems from a technical perspective to meet customer and internal design specifications, that allow assembly in a LEAN manufacturing environment. It’s your challenge to perform your tasks within the budget, against the agreed quality level and within the given time plan with a strong customer focus. In this position you operate in multidisciplinary project teams and work closely together with the Product Engineers and Lead engineer. In your work you focus on results, and you are able to manage your planning and set priorities.As the automotive industry is focused on Quality you are as well. Therefore, you bring good problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and pro-active approach.It is important to have good communication skills in English. Regional BRM and IT manager

Regional BRM and IT Manager The regional IT Manager is a key position in delivering IT services to the regional Inalfa organization. As a strategic interface with the regional management, the Regional IT Manager develops and manages the (multiyear) portfolio of initiatives and projects required by the business as well as the development and implementation of solutions and/or services across the region.The Regional IT Manager leads the regional IT team that supports the regional users of IT services and delivers technology products within regionally executed projects. The regional IT manager is accountable for delivery of regional projects and assigned global projects. Ensures the team executes according to the global IT management processes & policies and realizes the targets as set for given Key Performance Indicators within IT. The Tier 1 services in the regions are: ERP, PLM, regional applications/services and regional infrastructure. As the leader of this team, Regional IT Manager develops the people in his team and ensures a balanced capacity for the execution of the tasks and projects. Works with 3rd parties where needed.The Regional IT manager may have the role of (regional or global) service owner, thus responsible for the management of a (global) IT service. Is part of global IT management team and regional management team and contributes to strategy of IT and execution of business plan.Essential duties and responsibilities:Develop the regional project portfolio based on the regional business, technical and security requirements.
