Inalfa is one of the world’s biggest providers of vehicle roof systems. Wherever our customers have production lines, Inalfa has a presence close by. To meet our customers’ requirements, opportunities are open for bright minds – both at our head office in Venray, and elsewhere in the world.
Auburn Hills houses Inalfa’s North American headquarters where the Northern American roof systems are designed, assembled, tested and inspected. The facility also manufactures roof systems for more than 25 different North American and Asian vehicles. Customers are, among others, GM, DCX, Ford, Mitsubishi, Nissan and BMW. The Inalfa US headquarters and Tech Center in Auburn Hills employs about 650 people.
The North American Technical Center is established in 2013 and provides office and engineering development space. The facility contains all advanced planning and development activities for North America including our prototype and testing capacity and capabilities.
Inalfa SSI Roof Systems is a stamping plant, providing roof preparation services to various automotive manufacturing companies, primarily in the USA. SSI employs more than 80 people.
The Cherokee assembly facility was opened in 2014. The facility focuses on manufacturing of multi panel roof systems for distribution to our customers located in the Southeastern United States region. Since 2016 the Cherokee assembly has an annex next door focusing only on in-house encapsulation. Currently more than 400 persons are working at the Cherokee facility.
In 2011, the first plant was opened. Currently, Inalfa Roof Systems de Mexico employs approximately 300 people who together produce the sunroofs for various Ford, Lincoln, VAG and BMW models. In 2017 an annex will be opened nearby to support the growing business in the region.
In Brazil, Inalfa has a joint venture with Uliana Industria Metalurgica Ltda. At this facility Inalfa produces various automotive parts for the Brazilian market.
Since 2006, Inalfa is also located in China with its regional headquarters in Shanghai and assembly plants in Yantai, Beijing, Langfang, Shanghai and Chongqing. Inalfa Shanghai houses the China Management Team and all other functional departments as well as the new test center are gathered at one location to serve our customers at the best efficient way.
In 2012 this production site of sunroofs in Chongqing started. It is a mid-size facility with currently more than 350 employees. However, in 2017 we are expanding our business in Chongqing.
The Inalfa Roof Systems assembly plant in Yantai employs almost 250 persons. The facility supplies roof systems to SGM, Hafei, Chery, Geely, SAIC, Mercedes, Chrysler, Mitsubishi and Nissan.
Since end of 2016 the first proto types have been assembled at our latest facility in Beijing. From 2017 onwards Inalfa Beijing will supply the customers in the Beijing area. At this moment, Inalfa employs approx. 500 people in Beijing and Langfang together.
In Venray more than 900 employees use the latest technologies to develop the roof systems of the future. In the state-of-the-art Validation Center the design, development and extensive testing of the new advanced roof systems and truck hatches takes place.
Inalfa Roof Systems is headquartered in Venray, the Netherlands. Worldwide, Inalfa employs more than 5,300 people. Around 200 people are employed at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, the holding company of Inalfa. Headquarters in Venray is the home of the Global Competence Center.
This production facility was established in 2014. Around 450 employees together realize the production of roofs and rollo’s for the MINI, Volvo Truck, DAF, Edison, Land Rover, Volvo, Audi and Porsche.
Inalfa established this facility in 2011. Approximately 320 employees work for Inalfa in Krakovany. We produce our special products for BMW and all Truck OEM’s like Mercedes Benz, Scania, MAN, DAF, Iveco, Ford, Volvo and Renault Trucks.
Inalfa’s South Korean facility was established in 1995. With around 350 employees it serves the Korean, Chinese and Japanese market as well as other Inalfa companies.
In order to support the demand of our customers on the Korean market, Inalfa established a second facility close Mado I. The offices of Mado II accommodate the Korean R&D Center.
The international staff at the Inalfa sales and engineering office in Yokohama carries out Business Development, Engineering and Quality activities in support of Japanese customers globally, including Nissan, Mitsubishi and Suzuki.
The plant in Langfang supports the supply of the customer in the Beijing area. The organization employs nearly 500 people in Langfang and Beijing.
