If you see a vacancy, you like and that matches your background the best way is to apply directly via our open positions.

 

Recruitment at Inalfa is not only about matching applicants to job descriptions. A major part of the selection procedure is about how your DNA ties in with our “In it to win it” mindset. For this reason, a series of screenings and meetings will follow your application.

Step 1

Complete and submit the online application form. We will let you know when we have received your application. Within a week we will inform you what the next steps will be.

Step 2

If we think you may be a good match with Inalfa, the recruiter will call you. This first screening, which is done by phone, is where the application process actually begins.

Step 3

The next step will be to invite you to the first interview. This is where we will get to know each other. We will share a lot of information about what it is like to work at Inalfa, what the opportunities are for personal and professional development, and what the future holds for Inalfa and the team. We will expect you to tell us about yourself, your ambitions and the contribution you would like to make to Inalfa’s success. The purpose of the meeting is that both you and Inalfa can make an informed decision. It is not just a job, but a long-term relationship you are entering into.

At the end of the interview, the recruiter will inform you on the next steps. Depending on the role you are applying for and the seniority of the position, you may be required to attend two or more interviews. The recruiter will remain your point of contact during the entire application journey.

Step 4

If you are invited to a second interview, it will be with the hiring manager who will provide you with more details on the job and the department. During this meeting, we will continue exploring to make sure you and Inalfa are a good match. You, as a professional, and Inalfa, as a responsible employer, need to be certain of this new challenge in your career and our joint future.

If the seniority of the position requires an assessment, we will let you know during the interview.

Based on the interviews, we will come to a final conclusion to ensure both parties make a well-considered decision. We do not recruit just for a job, but for a career at Inalfa!

Step 5

Now wait for that phone call!

If your application has been successful, a meeting about the employment conditions with the responsible HR manager will take place. When all is concluded and agreed upon, your agreement can be signed to become part of our winning team! We will share with you the open opportunities for learning and development that Inalfa offers every team member. This is where the onboarding already starts.
