Are you ready to grow with us?Leader of crossfunctional project team within a matrix organization for 1 projectYour Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:? Timing Management? Establish the project master schedule based on customer milestones and the TtM process house at the project initiation stage.? Monitor and manage on-time delivery status according to the defined internal/external schedule.? Take full responsibility for meeting customer event delivery timelines including SMPLs (Proto / P1 / P2), including schedule discussions with the customer when required. ? Cost Management? Create the initial PCF (Project Control Form) based on the QWS handed over from BD.? Conduct monthly financial status analysis and manage overall project financial performance.? Lead actions for profitability improvement and manage project risks & opportunities.? Analyze failure costs and report findings at each Gate, aligned with project financials. ? Quality Management? Manage project quality status and improvement progress for both internal and external issues. ? Process Management? Ensure internal process compliance with the TtM process house, including workbook, deliverables, and documentation.? Define internal timelines for each TtM Gate review and report development status (T/Q/C) to management at each Gate phase. ? Communication Management & Customer Interface? Prepare and lead project communication plans (PCT, customer contacts, Gate targets, etc.).? Ensure healthy, transparent, and efficient communication both internally and externally.? Ensure all team members clearly understand project goals and can follow aligned directions. What Do We Expect From You:? Functional Competence & Skills? Basic understanding of process management (APQP, PSO, Gate system, etc.).? Fundamental knowledge of financial structure and project budget management (lifetime profitability).? Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within project teams.? Business-level English communication capability with global regions and customers (EU / NA / India).? High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).? Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, flexibility, and quality mindset. ? Specific Requirements? Are you ready to grow with us?Lead all activities on behalf of Inalfa NA Region for specified or assigned commodities in conjunction with the global lead buying strategies where applicable.Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:Develops, implements, and communicates strategies to all Inalfa stakeholders to support the company?s regional and global objectives. Along with all Inalfa stakeholders, Identifies, selects and maintains suppliers that provide high quality products and services at a competitive price whilst maintaining the highest code of ethics and conduct for the assigned commodity.Achieve annual cost reduction objectives for the assigned commodity by negotiation, resourcing or Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE)Utilizes appropriate cost analysis, negotiation, and purchasing techniques to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service.Initiate, lead/manage and actively support cost reduction initiatives.
