Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities:Motor Selection & SetupIdentify representative BLDC and BDC motors suitable for automotive roof systems.Measurement & Data AcquisitionPerform tests to measure key parameters such as: Torque, Speed, Efficiency, Power consumption, Noise and vibration levelsData Analysis & VisualizationProcess measurement data and create clear charts and tables comparing BLDC vs. BDC performance.Overview & EvaluationSummarize findings in a structured report highlighting: Advantages and disadvantages of each motor type. Suitability for automotive roof applications. Cost and complexity considerationsOptional: Explore control strategies (PWM, sensor feedback) and their impact on performance. Are you ready to grow with us?Are you ready to shift into the next gear of your career?As a Sr. Quality Engineer with Inalfa, you are in the driver?s seat to provide customer support on existing and new programs, ensuring proper use of control plans, diagnosing defective material and identifying the need for corrective actions, and maintaining expectations of IATF 16949.SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of the products assigned in order to meet customer's needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.??Reviews production lines to assure proper use of control plans and process sheet.Reviews and diagnosis defective material rejected during manufacturing process.? Identify the need for corrective action.Provide customer support on existing programs.Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others to motivate and elicit work output.Assist in maintaining TS16949 status.Track and manage measures assigned.Practice and promote safe work practices throughout the plant.Promote team concepts and participate in teams.Understand and follow Inalfa policies and practices and any other legal requirements.Must be an active participant in achieving and maintaining quality goals and continuous improvement activities.Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
