As Sustaining Engineering Manager within Inalfa you are in the driver?s seat for Sustaining Operations Management Team.? The position will be responsible for the day to day management and technical leadership of the technical engineering department at the Operations site including Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering and Controls Engineering. The Sustaining Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and improving the technical strengths of the engineering department thus ensuring robust designs and processes are in place to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.The position will plan, organize, and control all tasks associated with the accomplishment of all sustaining engineering objectives. The position with provide technical guidance to ensure best practices and guidelines are utilized to achieve measurable goals.Reporting directly to the Operations Plant Manager and indirectly to the VP of Engineering, the Sustaining Engineering Manager will work closely with both to cultivate a culture and department performance that will allow the organization to grow and sustain a competitive advantage in the market.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.??
