Manager Global Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced legal expert as part of our Global HR Team where you will be responsible for all of our individual and collective labor law matters in our location Venray. Furthermore, you will be assessing the current status quo of global HR practices, policies and processes and are in the driver’s seat to bring them to the next level. You will be reporting to the Global Vice President HRM and be part of the Global HR Center of Excellence.
Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:
Provide excellent, pragmatic and business-oriented legal advice in all areas of employment law, including the whole employment process from hiring to off-boarding
Be the first point of contact for Management and HR Business Partners for individual employment law matters
Coordinate employment law matters globally and establish a community of practice
Establish a good relationship with our local Works Council and negotiate regulations
Drive for standardization and process improvements within the global and regional HR organizations; own the HR part of our internal Process House
Review and assess the existing landscape of HR-related policies worldwide; conclude on gaps and drive the closure of those
Own the global framework on compensation and benefits practices; provide consultation and guidance to regional organizations; set-up and monitor standards
What Do We Expect From You:
Excellent academic degree with focus on Dutch employment law and profound knowledge in contract law
Solid experience in the field of labor law either in an international law firm or multinational group
Knowledge in writing policies and procedures as well as designing lean processes is welcome
Willingness to familiarize yourself with other HR specific matters, e.g. Compensation and Benefits
Being approachable and a great communicator – building constructive working relationships and persuading others is one of your strengths
Diligence and detail orientation in a good balance with seeing the bigger picture and setting appropriate priorities
Fluency in Dutch and English language is a must
