Manager Global Talent Acquisition

Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are:

  • Define Regional R&D requirement and provide IT lead on projects.
  • Lead Global and Regional PLM initiatives
  • Define SOW’s for system developments that fit the need from R&D departments.
  • Ability to run a project, tracking milestones and escalating issues.
  • Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction.
  • Lead Global CAD system environment definition and maintenance
  • Database management on the PLM environment
  • Responsible for Regional data vault maintenance
  • IT steering committee lead for system development to fit R&D need
  • Install and maintain global R&D engineering tools.
  • Lead global CAD system updates when necessary (latest software level)
  • Co-ordinate Global CAD environment design practices
  • Co-ordinate PLM multi-site design globally
  • Trouble shoot and maintain multisite PLM systems.
  • Maintain client PLM communications with customers (i.e. VPM, Team Center, Meta Phase)
  • Provide budgetary forecasting for R&D IT development
  • Integrate PLM with information sharing utilities and maintain
  • Provide escalated response to end user for CAD, PLM, and Data Sharing
  • Work with business process owners to understand and prioritize the demand for processes and solutions.
