Support projects, including cost reduction, modification of machinery, and other tasks assigned as agreed. Lead maintenance team members to improve machine conditions as well as troubleshooting and other maintenance related issues.Scheduling the regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment and ensure that maintenance technicians perform the work orders efficiently.Accomplishes the maintenance procedures/work instructions for preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance and spare parts management; ensuring that all maintenance technicians follow them as well.Setting the working schedule for the maintenance technicians (including the weekends) to support operations expeditiously, effectively and at the lowest cost. In case of assigning overtime, follow the approval process.Lead and balance the workload of the maintenance personnel.
