This role ensures smooth HR operations by managing employee records, coordinating HR policies, handling compliance, and assisting with payroll, and benefits administration.Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are: 1. Employee Records & Documentation:Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor laws.Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.2. HR Policies & Compliance:Assist in implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with employment laws and company regulations.Support audits and compliance reviews.3.
