What do we expect from you?You have a relevant Master Degree for instance in Dutch tax law or tax economics or International tax;2-7 years of relevant work experience in (international) corporate tax. This is accomplished by working with our Service Desk ticketing system solving end user issues, supporting ongoing user training, creating documentation, and setting up and troubleshooting hardware. In addition, working with persons in the organization to identify technical needs, develop project objectives, and implement those objectives from a technical perspective.Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are: Primary Mandatory SkillsEnsure IT resources for production are available and stableProvide support to End-Users in regards to procurement, usage and maintenance of both hardware and softwareEnsure tape backup rotations are done with proper storage of backup media.Meet all IT Standard and procedure requirements defined by Service Delivery ManagerResponsible for monitoring of all servers, computers, network equipment and telephone systems, notifying BackOffice Administrator of issues if necessary.Tier 1 Service Desk support for software and hardware issues to local site employeesMaintain a clean and organized server & storage room, monitoring the environment for issues.Manage and track end user assets, including lease refresh process.Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction.Write technical user guides and systems documentation.
