To be a Project Manager at Inalfa, you need to be a solutions-focused, hard worker with sharp budgeting and planning skills too! As the center-point and leader of your project, you are responsible for the performance of a team representing up to 11 different disciplines. You will run the project as if it is your own business – committed to success!

A Project Manager has to communicate with people on all levels – from briefing employees on the shop floor to presenting a budget proposal to the Board. You are also the face of Inalfa towards the customer. That is part of the challenge: you are always operating between two fires – the customer and your colleagues. You are expected to be decisive, to take a confident stance and act with authority and speed. Your responsibilities are rewarded and your feedback and ideas for improvement are heard. For instance, you will be expected to assist in the globalization of the organization: our rapid expansion means working with standardized systems and processes wherever we have a presence around the world.

You can read and understand people and their needs. You have the ability to motivate both colleagues and management to share enthusiastically in your project goals.
