Are you ready to grow with usAre you ready to shift into the next gear of your career As Sustaining Engineering Manager within Inalfa you are in the drivers seat for Sustaining Operations Management Team. The position will be responsible for the day to day management and technical leadership of the technical engineering department at the Operations site including Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering and Controls Engineering. The Sustaining Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and improving the technical strengths of the engineering department thus ensuring robust designs and processes are in place to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.The position will plan, organize, and control all tasks associated with the accomplishment of all sustaining engineering objectives.
