As a Project Engineer you are responsible for developing components, sub-assemblies and top level roof systems from a technical perspective to meet customer and internal design specifications, that allow assembly in a LEAN manufacturing environment. It?s your challenge to perform your tasks within the budget, against the agreed quality level and within the given time plan with a strong customer focus. In this position you operate in multidisciplinary project teams and work closely together with the Product Engineers and Lead engineer. You report directly to the Manager Mechanical Engineering Team.

What are your main tasks and responsibilities as a Project Engineer?

  • Perform technical risk analysis using formal design engineering tools (DFMEA / GD&T / DFA / CAD / CAE / Design Reviews).

  • Ensure all technically responsible deliverables are met in compliance with customer and internal company product & horizon project gateways.

  • Technical liaison for CAD Design Engineers and component suppliers.

  • Perform feasibility studies based on technical specifications resulting into design concepts.

  • Perform basic technical calculations and design reviews to verify the proposed design.

  • Specify the engineering activities to be able to build prototypes based on initial design concepts.

  • Review and evaluate product designs concerning costs and manufacturability.

  • Plan and prepare activities within a product development lifecycle.

  • Manage quality and accessibility of technical project related product documentation.

  • Evaluate and analyze component and roof system quality information.

  • Make recommendations based on reviewing the robust design engineering tools to determine risks.

  • Support quote teams(globally) during acquisition phase for new technologies.

  • Responsible for tech resolutions for specific mechanical topics and implementation of lessons learned into the Inalfa standards.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a finished degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automotive Engineering on a BSc or MSC level.

  • Automotive experience is highly preferred.

  • We do expect you to have knowledge of different manufacturing techniques and that you are familiar with CAD / CAE systems (CATIA / UG/ Abaqus).

  • As a professional you have a service/customer-oriented approach with good analytical and organizational skills. In your work you focus on results, and you are able to manage your planning and set priorities.

  • As the automotive industry is focused on Quality you are as well. Therefore, you bring good problem-solving skills with a pragmatic and pro-active approach.

  • It is important to have good communication skills in English. German, or Dutch is a plus.

Together with the Global Tax Manager you are responsible for the further development of the global and European tax activities of the ambitious growth strategy for Inalfa Roof Systems. You will assist in defining and executing the tax strategy globally to meet with corporate strategic plans. You will be a true sparring partner for the business, providing insights and analysis for tax related risks and opportunities. In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Director Tax based in the US office and supporting the Global Treasury team and the Finance team.

As an International Tax Specialist your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Provide the international entities of Inalfa Roof Systems with tax advice (e.g. corporate income tax, transfer pricing and Value Added Tax);

  • Follow tax changes and developments and inform/advice the company;

  • Analyze potential tax issues and come with proper tax solutions;

  • Assist in the tax compliance process, review the corporate income tax returns (outsourced to tax advisors);

  • Assist in the European VAT compliance process;

  • Ensure timely submission of compliance obligations in Europe;

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a relevant Master Degree for instance in Dutch tax law or tax economics or International tax;

  • 2-7 years of relevant work experience in (international) corporate tax. Preferably gained as a tax advisor at a larger tax consultancy firm (Big 4 firm or the tier below) or multinational corporation;

  • Thorough knowledge of international corporate taxation;

  • (Good) understanding of TP and/or VAT is a plus;

SUMMARY
Troubleshoots, tests, repairs, modifies and maintains all equipment and tools related to production or facilities.  This includes, but is not limited to, the use of standard and specialized equipment for the diagnostics of robotic and automatic systems.

Supervisor must have the ability to mentor and train a diverse group of employees working in their department.  The Production Supervisor must effectively train all employees so they fully understand and can articulate the safety, quality, and productivity targets for their work area.

SUMMARY

Responsible for moving materials, parts and modules between different areas within the plant and warehouse.   Also will load and unload trucks from suppliers / customers. Must have and maintain good attendance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: 

  • Follows all the safety requirements for the Warehouse Department
  • Forklift and Reach Truck Certified
  • Transports appropriate quantities of material from warehouse building to staging area of production.

Inalfa?s quality of panoramic roof systems are bound to the quality of incoming parts. In order to ensure the parts meet the prescribed requirements they often undergo quality checks before assembling them to the roof systems. One of the most important components is the electric motor, which drives both the glass panel and the sunblind system. In order to verify the operating noise quality of these motors, the One-Inalfa Motor Tester was designed. It can apply a recorded torque load profile of an actual roof system while measuring the motors noises and operating performance. In order to streamline this process, an improved operating software needs to be written which drives the control, the data acquisition and analysis of measured data.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Review and analyze the current One-Inalfa Motor Tester Software;

  • Re-build and improve the current One-Inalfa Motor Tester Software according to aligned requirements and specifications;

  • Implement software features for NVH;

  • Implement specific Data analysis features for NVH;

  • Implement data Management of Raw & Processed data & Results.
